I was intrigued by the concept of F.I.T. coaching because I had tried to lose weight in the past, but never really had anyone to hold me accountable.
Once I started, it was cool to see the progress I started to make. When I started changing little things, big things started to happen. I started seeing a difference on the scale, but more importantly in the way that I felt.
I lost over 26 lbs. and 12.5” during the 8 weeks, but I am more excited about the fact that I have made fundamental changes in the way that I look at food and fitness.
As I started feeling better I wanted to really get into exercise. Then I received the lesson, and it happened to be talking about how to get the most out of my movements. When I started doing my own research on fitness, it was nice to have a coach that I could go to when I had questions about certain things. This helped me out multiple times.
Overall, it was an effective way to lose the weight the right way. I look forward to what the future holds.
