I heard about F.I.T. Nutrition on 104.9 the River and was intrigued by the concept because I had tried to lose weight in the past, but never really had anyone to hold me accountable... I lost over 26 lbs. and 12.5” during the 8 weeks, but I am more excited about the fact that I have made fundamental changes in the way that I look at food and fitness.
In eight weeks, I lost TWENTY pounds and dropped from a dress size 8/10 to a size TWO!! And I didn’t have to starve myself to do it! I absolutely could not have achieved such amazing results without my F.I.T. Nutrition coach. The structure and knowledge I received from the course, as well as coaching and encouragement was remarkable.
These past 8 weeks have been an eye opener. I feel young again, and lively. My measurements are down and friends and family notice the positive changes. The nutrition coaching tips are the added fuel I needed to keep consistent . I’m excited for the continued journey ahead. No goals it a mission now.
The FIT Nutrition Coaching Program has made a drastic impact on not only mine, but my family's lives as well. We started our journey in June 2017 and within a few short months I have dropped 27 lbs and 10 inches. Not only do I look better and fit into my clothes better but at 35 years old I have never felt better. I now have more energy which allows me to train harder, be more productive during my day, and most importantly have more to give to my wife and two kids when I get home.
I have worked in Strength and Conditioning for over 10 years, but always fell short in my quest for better health and fitness. The FIT Nutrition Program was the missing link that has taught me simple habit based strategies that I am able to implement into my daily routine while working 10+ hours per day and having an active family. I am now setting the example I want my family, friends, and most importantly my children to follow. The strategies we learned with the FIT Nutrition Program will forever be a part of our lives.
FIT Nutrition Coaching is a very simple program, which is a must for me: a wife, mother and career woman. It encouraged me to build upon my nutritional strengths. This strategy empowered me to be consistent and take daily action to make one new habit before finding another weakness to improve upon.
FIT Nutrition Coaching has also shown me that by adjusting the amount, type and timing of my food, I can have more energy throughout the day to ensure I have time to commit to myself. My FIT Journey has helped me to develop a more purposeful life and to become a better version of myself. I truly believe FIT Nutrition Coaching can add value to everyone's life!
Changed my focus. It also changed my energy. It gave me the ability to get more things done than I have ever been able to do before. Not just at work, but at home too. Instead of collapsing when I come home, I’m now able to contribute and carpool kids around, go to practice, and help my kids with homework.
Last night around 10 I found myself pouring a glass a milk with seven Oreos (sweets are my thing) in front of me. Just before the first dunk, I realized that it’s not the cookies fault, it was my choice. I remember hearing a calm relaxed yet stern voice asking what I was doing. I poured the milk back in the gallon, took my PM supplement, and went to bed.

Had to post some very exciting news....went to a follow Dr appointment today. Roughly 5 weeks into the program, my doctor took me off of my Anti-Diabetic medication due to the stability of my blood sugar levels. I had a follow up appointment to review my blood work after 4 weeks of being off of the medicine and it came back with EXCELLENT results! Cholesterol was great. A1C was great. Iron was great (I have always struggled with that) and my BP is excellent. I couldn't have done this without this program. My Dr was very impressed & said..."Just keep doing what you're doing. Great job." It's one thing to see the numbers on the scale go down but when you get confirmation that for over 8 weeks, your blood work is directly affected by the dietary choices you are making, you know it's working INTERNALLY, as well. Life changing. ️
