The Course

F.I.T. Nutrition Coaching is designed to provide world-class, habit-based coaching that is simple to receive and easy to put into action. The program is an 8 week journey that provides education, accountability, and support from an expert coach, for the development of positive behaviors and habits that are important, yet sustainable, to achieve the healthy lifestyle you desire.

During this 8-week transformation program your personal Nutrition coach will guide you through important, permanent improvements in your eating habits, lifestyle choices, body, and health.

You’ll lose the weight (and body fat) you haven’t been able to shed for years. You’ll build physical strength and mental resiliency. And you’ll end up feeling more capable, more confident, and more free than you have in a long time.
